Our city is devastated by the February 22 quake. I hope you and those you hold dear have come through it unharmed. Tragically, in a community of our size, we are all touched by loss. The scale is huge. There are delays getting essential services restored and temporary help like portaloos. I visit Civil Defence HQ daily and advocate on behalf of you for urgently restoring services.
