You can now complete a Whai Rawa application by downloading the current investment statement and application form reviewing the investment statement and completing the application form (last two pages of the pdf document). You can then print it off, sign it and send it back to us (by post or scan and email or fax).

Remember: You need to be enrolled with Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu before you can be enrolled with Whai Rawa; eligibility for any matched savings and other entitlements are subject to receipt of completed Whakapapa and Whai Rawa applications. You can download a whakapapa registration form here.
