Register of Potential Directors

Te Rūnanga Group seeks to establish a Register of Potential Directors of individuals interested in being considered for governance opportunities arising within the Te Rūnanga Group. The Te Rūnanga Group comprises of Ngāi Tahu Holdings Corporation and associated subsidiaries and subsidiaries of Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu.
Expressions of interest are sought from those interested in the full array of Ngāi Tahu governance opportunities inclusive of roles within distribution entities. Applicants will need to demonstrate sound business and financial acumen, governance experience, either as an executive or on an existing board. Experience and knowledge of working in an iwi organisation and/or similar charitable structure is an advantage.
We also seek expressions of interest from individuals who are aspiring governors and wish to be considered as part of succession planning initiatives and supported governance appointments.
